Shipping policy
Argana Handmade ships to Spain (except for the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla) and EU countries. To inquire about rates and delivery times outside these territories, please contact our customer service team.
The estimated delivery time is 2 to 4 business days for domestic shipments and 4 to 8 business days for shipments within EU countries. We offer a standard shipping option, and delivery times may vary depending on the destination. For express shipping, please contact our customer service team.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the package weight, delivery location, and selected shipping method. A fee of €8 applies to orders within Spain under €250, though these conditions may be subject to change.

Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays may require additional processing time.
If you receive a defective or damaged product, you must notify us within 3 calendar days of receiving the order. Contact our customer service team and provide clear details along with photos of the defect or damage. You may be required to return the product in its original packaging for evaluation and confirmation of the issue.
To proceed with a return, our customer service team will provide instructions.
Personalized or custom-made products cannot be exchanged or returned, unless they have a manufacturing defect. We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
If a defect or damage during shipping is confirmed, Argana Handmade will cover the return shipping costs. However, if the return is requested without a valid reason or the product does not have any defects or damage, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
