We operate exclusively online, with no physical store, processing all orders from our base in Madrid, Spain.

How can I place an order with Argana Handmade?
It's easy! Visit our website, select your favorite products, add them to your cart, and follow the steps to complete your purchase.

We accept several payment methods for your convenience, including credit/debit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay.
How long does it take to process and ship an order?
We process and ship orders within two business days of payment confirmation. If you place your order on a weekend or holiday, it may take a little longer.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Delivery time depends on the shipping method and destination. Typically, from the time of shipment:
- Shipping to Spain: 2 to 4 business days.
- International shipping within the EU: 4 to 8 business days.
Deliveries may be delayed due to circumstances beyond Argana Handmade's control.
Shipping rates:
- €8 for shipping within Spain (except the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla).
- For shipments to other European countries, please contact our customer service team.
- For shipping to countries outside of Europe, please contact us.
All prices include VAT. Orders will be shipped once availability of the selected product has been confirmed and payment has been approved.
National and local holidays may also cause delivery delays. Estimated delivery times are based on business days.
