Refund policy
We accept returns and exchanges in case the product arrives damaged or defective. Please contact us within 3 calendar days of receiving your order, and our customer service team will assist you with the process.
If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. The return shipping costs will be covered by the customer. The fastest option is to return the item and, once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us and provide clear details along with photos of the defect or damage. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase, and you may be required to return the product in its original packaging for evaluation.
Personalized or custom-made products cannot be exchanged or returned, unless they have a manufacturing defect. We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Items sent without a prior return request will not be accepted.
